Movie Review: “The Kingdom”
From seeing the trailer to this movie months ago, I knew I had to watch it. Not only because Jennifer Garner was starring, but to get out of the ‘cotton wool’ effect! This film may be fictional but it’s based on true events and facts. It was certainly an eye opener for me and I’m very impressed with the story, plot and directing. It’s not pro anybody but beautifully shows the life’s involved.
It will make you stop and think for sure! It blew me away, literally! It’s not very often you see people leave the theater stunned, or as I say cotton wool less !!
It is rated ‘R’ for war violence and language. I try to stay away from ‘R’ movies, but this is a good one to help you smell the coffee burning! I stay away from that too!!
