One of those golden moments.
I had one of those golden moments today, putting Alyson to bed and what she said made me realise that these little ones will soon grow up and start their own lives. How easy it is for us to forget these young years, the things they say and do. Before you know it – Boom – they’re leaving to start their own journeys. It makes me happy to know that at least we’re capturing some of the memories on video now, to help jog our memories when our hair starts changing color!
Alyson told me tonight that she had brushed her teeth and that all the bugs were gone. I always tell her she has beautiful teeth and she really does.
