Mottoes
For some reason I was thinking about Mottoes this morning, dictionary.com define a motto as:
1. A brief statement used to express a principle, goal, or ideal. See Synonyms at saying.
2. A sentence, phrase, or word of appropriate character inscribed on or attached to an object.
3. A maxim adopted as a guide to one’s conduct.
Which led me to think of some of my own mottoes…… “Smile its contagious”, “B+ (which is my blood type)” & “Triumph (Tri with a little umph)”.
I’m interested in hearing your own personal mottoes. It doesn’t have to be fancy / long or exuberant – as defined above – … a word of appropriate character … is sufficient.
